I deal with technical mysteries all the time. I'm convinced that people do things to fix problems and don't know what they did to fix it. This happens with electronics all the time since just by wiggling a connection, things start working fine. Just an example... We pull a circuit board, plug it back in. Oxides get scrapped off, capacitors discharge. Miracle of miracles "..what problem?".

Just make sure they don't charge you a lot of money for 'fixing it'. Don't pay for something when they can not tell you what they did.

You could have a problem where you live just because it its more humid by you as compared to an air conditioned shop.

I know that I gave no solution, just something to consider
